Peblio is a secure communication platform for childcare settings. The service includes role-based announcements, auditable messaging, media sharing, events, and account management tools.

2. Account Responsibility

Organizations are responsible for user access assignment and ensuring invited users are authorized. You are responsible for account credential security and actions taken through your account.

3. Acceptable Use

• Use Peblio for legitimate childcare communication and operations.
• Respect safeguarding boundaries and professional conduct requirements.
• Do not upload unlawful, abusive, or unauthorized content.
• Do not attempt to bypass role permissions or platform security controls.

4. Data and Compliance

Providers must use Peblio in line with local safeguarding, consent, and data protection obligations. Our processing practices are described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Billing

Paid plans are billed on the agreed cycle. Plan changes, cancellations, and entitlements are managed through the account billing portal.
